People who know me know as well that I love to cook and to eat. And, especially, to spoil my best finacee with delicious dinners. Or as the Germans say: Liebe geht durch den Magen.
Within the last two years, I have kind of invented new combinations and recipes, and I guess that in a couple of years time you will find all these recipes in a cookbook. For those who can't wait for this book: Please contact me to obtain the "Students Special Recipes or How To Impress Your Belly With A Single Penny".

My favourite dish, although not invented by myself, is the vegetable lasagne with aubergines, tomato sauce and mushrooms. Why not give it a try ? It is delicious hot and cold and does a brilliant job as a light starter !

My fiancee's favourite dish does not exist yet. She loves them all, but again is always fascinated by a home made Kebab on the skewers. I agree - it just tastes lovely and nice with a bit of plain rice.

Desserts ? Sweets ? Pudding ? Only one answer here: White Mousse au Chocolat. Recipe for it ? Sorry, that one's my secret. But if you ask nicely I might tell you...

And, finally, I have managed to get some of my most famous recipes online. Here they are:
